In this project, We worked closely with B Lab to strengthen their BIPOC Network and refine the Learning Journey program through impactful deliverables like an expanded scorecard and infographic. These tools provided actionable insights, empowering their team to articulate the program’s value to funders and plan for future cohorts. Our bi-weekly meetings balanced strategic brainstorming with relationship-building, fostering a space of trust and collaboration. By centering equity and sustainability, we ensured that the work could seamlessly continue and grow beyond my involvement. This partnership underscored the importance of embedding equity into organizational systems rather than isolating it as a singular task.
For the Learning Journey 2025, Elleria Consulting worked closely with B Lab to translate equity knowledge into real-world action for B Network leaders. Through workshops, surveys, and practical resources like the workbook and a soon to be publicly available toolkit, participants gained confidence and concrete strategies to embed JEDI principles across their organizations. Our partnership balanced strategic guidance with relational trust, ensuring that the program not only achieved measurable impact but also laid the groundwork for ongoing learning and sustainable change within the B Corp community.
